DesignClip does not collect, store, transmit, or share any user data. There is no data collection of any kind.
When you start picker mode (via the toolbar icon or the "Capture design for AI" right-click menu) and select one or more elements on the page you're viewing, DesignClip reads those elements' already-visible computed CSS styles and builds a small Markdown summary directly inside your browser. That summary is copied to your own clipboard when you press Enter — nothing is sent anywhere else.
This extension does not collect any personal information, browsing history, analytics, or usage data. It has no background network activity and makes no requests to any server. Page content is only ever read locally, at the moment you explicitly invoke the picker, to build the Markdown output; it is never transmitted.
The extension uses contextMenus for the right-click menu entry, and activeTab + scripting to run the picker only in the specific tab and only at the moment you invoke it — it has no standing access to any page, and never collects or transmits data.
This extension does not integrate with, or share data with, any third-party service, advertiser, or analytics provider.
